Asthma and Quick-Relief Medication Administration 

Be prepared to respond with confidence when someone experiences an asthma emergency. This American Red Cross Skill Boost teaches participants how to recognize the signs and symptoms of an asthma episode, provide appropriate care, and assist with a prescribed quick-relief inhaler when needed. Through hands-on instruction, participants gain practical skills to respond safely, activate emergency medical services when appropriate, and provide ongoing support until help arrives. This training is ideal for childcare professionals, educators, youth program staff, and anyone responsible for the care and safety of children or adults.

Anaphylaxis and Epinephrine Administration 

Severe allergic reactions can develop rapidly and require immediate action. This American Red Cross Skill Boost equips participants with the knowledge and hands-on practice to recognize the warning signs of anaphylaxis, respond appropriately during an allergic emergency, and assist with the use of an epinephrine auto-injector when indicated. Babysitter's Training
